- Oversee all aspects of Global Servicing operations in the US Global Distribution Center, ensuring service excellence for all Tiffany & Co. clients.
- Provide leadership to a team of managers, administrators, and craftspeople to meet profitability, expense, quality, and on-time delivery goals.
- Contribute to strategic planning for local departments and the Global Servicing division.
- Ensure alignment of standards and goals with company strategies and develop tools to monitor results.
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement, holding management accountable to high standards.
- Partner with key stakeholders to align strategic direction and expand service offerings.
- Adapt and perfect service delivery to meet unique client needs.
- Develop financial and staffing plans, forecasting demand and managing staff levels.
- Execute capital improvement plans on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance in all business aspects and develop business continuity plans.
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 - 10 years of management experience
- Proven ability to lead a high-performing team and manage talent effectively
- Ability to challenge the status quo and drive improvements
- Strong communication skills to present business strategies to diverse audiences
- Professional presence to inspire trust and integrity
- Dynamic team player with networking capabilities
- Experience in an operations, craft, or luxury environment preferred
- Occasional business travel and weekend work required
- Advanced degree preferred
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and analytical applications
- Ability to motivate staff and build productive relationships
- Strong business acumen and fiscal responsibility
- Strategic planning and execution skills
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required, with a preference for those with a background in operations, craft, or luxury environments.
Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
