- Initiate and coordinate international assignments and relocation processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
- Manage vendor relationships for relocation, tax, and immigration services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline assignment processes.
- Oversee immigration processes, including visa documentation coordination.
- Provide dedicated support for executive mobility assignments.
- Manage global mobility budgets, including invoice processing and expense forecasting.
- Coordinate global tax reconciliation payments and assignment allowances with payroll partners.
- Maintain accurate records of employee assignment data and prepare related documentation.
- Support executive compensation data management and assist with benchmarking surveys.
- Provide ad-hoc support for annual merit and bonus processes.
- Prepare reports and presentations and assist with budget tracking.
- Maintain confidential employee data and participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate quarterly team gatherings.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with global mobility or compensation programs preferred.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle HCM) preferred.
- Experience with budget management and forecasting preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Process-focused mindset.
Beginner-level experience, with a preference for those with exposure to global mobility or compensation programs.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
