1. Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of General Ledger Accounts.
2. Monitor and reconcile inventory movement and balances across stores, warehouses, and head office.
3. Collaborate closely with warehouse, boutiques, and other departments to ensure inventory accuracy.
4. Review and prepare inventory journal entries, estimates, and audit documentation.
5. Develop and enhance inventory analysis reports and internal controls.
6. Review and manage journal entries for general accounting, including fixed assets and intercompany accounts.
7. Prepare monthly journal entries and reports for general accounting tasks such as accruals.
8. Reconcile and report on fixed assets, intercompany, and other account transactions.
9. Support team members in various accounting processes and special projects as required.
10. Manage balance sheet files and resolve discrepancies.
11. Provide financial operations support for boutique operations and store openings.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance.
2. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Commerce.
3. Certified Professional Accountant or Certified Tax Accountant preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
5. Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Business-level proficiency in English.
