Tiffany & Co. General Ledger Manager

- Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of General Ledger Accounts.
- Monitor and reconcile inventory movement and balances across stores, warehouses, and head office.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse, boutiques, and other departments to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Review and prepare inventory journal entries, estimates, and audit documentation.
- Develop and enhance inventory analysis reports and internal controls.
- Review and manage journal entries for general accounting, including fixed assets and intercompany accounts.
- Prepare monthly journal entries and reports for general accounting tasks such as accruals.
- Reconcile and report on fixed assets, intercompany, and other account transactions.
- Support team members in various accounting processes and special projects as required.
- Manage balance sheet files and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide financial operations support for boutique operations and store openings.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Commerce.
- Certified Professional Accountant or Certified Tax Accountant preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Business-level proficiency in English.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a finance-related role is required.
