1. Organize daily bank files received from Treasury into cash tracking files.
2. Record cash movements for wires, ensuring timely application.
3. Collect and deposit checks received from business partners.
4. Partner with other departments within the Controller’s group to ensure accurate recording of bank activities.
5. Perform bank reconciliations for all US and Canadian bank accounts.
6. Collaborate with departments to resolve reconciling items from bank reconciliations.
7. Analyze over/short activity and partner with sales audit to identify potential fraud.
8. Record and reconcile cash pooling activities between US, Canadian entities, and LVMH.
9. Account for the education note program, partnering with collections on delinquent loan repayments.
10. Explore and propose automation solutions to reduce manual reconciliation efforts.
11. Support IT initiatives impacting retail cash collection through testing procedures.

1. Obtained or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
2. Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced formulas.
3. Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Highly organized and self-motivated.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
8. Flexible work schedule during monthly and year-end closing.

Beginner level experience in accounting or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (pursuing or obtained).

$25/hr, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
