1. Lead monthly profit and loss analysis and reporting to senior management.
2. Prepare and monitor various expense reports, coordinating with all departments to ensure expense status is tracked and assistance is provided where necessary.
3. Capture key performance indicators and analyze trends over time, performing in-depth analysis to understand underlying drivers and providing insight and commentary on trends.
4. Perform return analysis on various project proposals, monitor investment performance, and provide recommendations.
5. Support the preparation of the annual budget and coordinate the planning process across departments.
6. Be the primary owner of expense accounts and support the capital planning process.
7. Coordinate and provide rolling forecasts throughout the year as needed.
8. Support the creation of documentation and presentations for senior leadership.
9. Assist with ad-hoc requests from other departments in Japan and Corporate.

1. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in English and Japanese communication, both written and verbal (TOEIC 850 or above; JLPT N2 or N1).
3. Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Self-starter with excellent coordination skills.
5. Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule during monthly and year-end closings.
6. University degree.

1. Experience with Hyperion, Business Objects, and JDE software.
2. Experience in budget processes.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis.

University degree required.
