Finance Intern

1. Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly sales reporting.
2. Review expense accounts for accuracy.
3. Submit monthly accruals and reclasses; work closely with accounting to ensure necessary adjustments are made.
4. Conduct monthly expense variance analysis and suggest revised forecasts where necessary.
5. Support market and office teams to analyze performance through standardized and ad hoc reporting.
6. Support finance team in preparation for the annual budget.
7. Create reporting utilized during the budget process.
8. Prepare scheduled and ad hoc reporting and other financial analyses to support sales, staffing, operating, and development initiatives.
9. Work on special projects as needed.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance in process

1. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
2. Basic analytical skills
3. Ability to interact effectively with management
4. Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement

Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.
