1. Repair and maintain all process and building equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, process piping, wastewater treatment, electrical, and lighting systems.
2. Execute preventative maintenance tasks as part of the Preventative Maintenance Program.
3. Test and inspect emergency and life safety systems to ensure compliance with FM, NFPA, OSHA, and other agency standards.
4. Complete project and fabrication work, including procurement of parts and supplies, with timely follow-up.
5. Communicate with external vendors for service support and parts supply.
6. Support external contractors on facility projects.
7. Maintain adequate inventory to support facility operations.
8. Adhere to safety procedures and report safety issues promptly.
9. Provide suggestions for safety improvements.

1. 3-5 years of experience in a related field
2. Certificates of fitness: Q01/S13/S12/A35/S95/F01
3. Ability to use power tools and craft equipment
4. Ability to read blueprints
5. Basic plumbing and pipefitting experience
6. Basic carpentry and fabrication skills
7. Ability to lift and move heavy objects
8. Proficiency in Microsoft applications
9. Strong problem-solving capabilities
10. Effective verbal and written communication skills
11. Availability for emergency calls after hours
12. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime

1. Technical degree (preferred)
2. Knowledge of Preventative Maintenance Programs
3. Welding experience

Minimum of 3 years in a related field, with certificates of fitness and proficiency in relevant technical skills.

Technical degree preferred.

The hiring range for this position is $30.43 - $41.17 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
