1. Execute complex jewelry and stone work with high proficiency and quality.
2. Serve as a specialist in high jewelry stone setting, particularly with center and colored stones.
3. Assist in the technical development and training of new jewelers and technicians.
4. Engage in complex engineering projects for high-value jewelry pieces.
5. Design, fabricate, and complete various intricate jewelry modifications and repairs.
6. Support high jewelry events and provide client-facing services as needed.
7. Ensure all work meets Tiffany quality and design standards.
8. Maintain organization and productivity in handling orders and workspace.
9. Participate in technical training and development of co-workers.
10. Provide technical support for events, including new sale alterations.
11. Comply with health and safety requirements and contribute to a safe workshop environment.

1. Diamond and colored-stone setting experience
2. High school diploma or equivalent
3. Soldering and laser welding experience
4. Flexible work schedule, including weekends and overtime
5. Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
6. Fluent in English
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
8. Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
9. Ability to inspire trust and professionalism
10. Experience working with cross-functional teams

2. Technical proficiency in CAD engineering and fabrication

Minimum 10 years of experience in jewelry and stone setting.

High school diploma or equivalent. A degree from a jewelry technical/design program is preferred.

The hiring range for this position is $27 - $52 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
