1. Proven experience in enterprise architecture roles with a strong background in IT enterprise architecture, company culture transformation, and change management.
2. Demonstrated ability to translate complex IT concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
3. Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a pragmatic approach to architecture development.
4. Experience in modernizing and simplifying information systems.
5. Deep technical and operational expertise with IT technologies and architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, ARCHIMATE).
6. Expansive knowledge of end-to-end enterprise applications such as ERP, planning systems, Sales Force, eCommerce, POS.
7. Large project implementation experience, preferably in a global company.
8. Strong understanding of integration patterns, API management, and microservice-oriented architecture.
9. Experience in budget management and strategic planning.
10. Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
11. Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
12. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working at the C-level.
13. Bachelor's degree in information systems or technology, or a related field.
