- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations in Corporate and Industrial divisions, as well as Japan and Korea regions.
- Implement globally aligned best practices to mitigate organizational risk while ensuring consistency and fairness in employee-related matters.
- Collaborate with market leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and manage performance-related issues.
- Develop and maintain employment policies and procedures specific to assigned divisions and regions.
- Provide consultation on employee relations compliance and risk management.
- Conduct internal investigations on matters such as discrimination, harassment, and unfair dismissal.
- Assess, recommend, and implement policies to meet organizational needs and ensure legal compliance.
- Create and deliver training to improve employee knowledge on critical issues such as harassment and discrimination.
- Leverage metrics and data to identify trends and develop proactive strategies to increase engagement and reduce risk.
- 7-10 years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, or Employment Law.
- Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting investigations and managing employee relations cases.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and exercise judgment in conflict resolution.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
The hiring range for this position is $122,485 - $150,000, with eligibility for a management bonus.
