- Collaborate with the Global Employee Relations team to gather and analyze data from HRIS systems, creating reports and dashboards.
- Optimize the performance of tools such as Scout and Oracle, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Maintain and update the Employee Relations and Leave Management intranet pages, drafting communications for the teams.
- Respond to employee inquiries and collaborate with Employee Services to address policy questions.
- Provide project management for the annual Charles Lewis Tiffany event, including vendor sourcing and event organization.
- Conduct quarterly audits on employment posters and recommend necessary actions.
- Track and manage the department budget and process invoices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Two or more years of experience in Human Resources Operations with a focus on analysis and consulting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in designing and developing reports and dashboards.

A minimum of two years in Human Resources Operations, focusing on analysis and consulting, is required.

The hiring range for this position is $30.43 - $41.17 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
