1. Collaborate with retail excellence and learning teams to integrate DEIB principles into daily operations.
2. Provide training and resources to retail staff to improve service to diverse clients.
3. Develop initiatives that promote an inclusive and equitable retail environment.
4. Design strategies to engage a diverse client base for a culturally relevant customer experience.
5. Work with marketing and sales to create campaigns for multicultural audiences.
6. Supervise client feedback to improve multicultural clienteling efforts.
7. Lead the development of internal and external DEIB communications.
8. Support the growth and efficiency of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
9. Develop and supervise DEIB-related key performance indicators.
10. Strengthen inclusive-leadership capabilities of managers and executives.
11. Develop and deliver training programs on multicultural awareness and inclusive communication.

1. Bachelor's degree
2. Experience abroad and/or work across countries
3. 5+ years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion roles
4. Retail experience
5. Proven experience in developing and implementing DEI strategies
6. Strong analytical skills
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Experience in managing Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
9. Strong project management skills
10. Dedication to continuous learning in DEI best practices

Minimum 5 years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion roles, with a focus on retail environments and multicultural clienteling.

Bachelor's degree

The hiring range for this position is $129k-$160k. The rate of pay offered will depend on candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
