- Collaborate with retail excellence and learning teams to integrate DEIB principles into daily operations.
- Provide training and resources to retail staff to improve service to diverse clients.
- Develop initiatives that promote an inclusive and equitable retail environment.
- Design strategies to engage a diverse client base for a culturally relevant customer experience.
- Work with marketing and sales to create campaigns for multicultural audiences.
- Supervise client feedback to improve multicultural clienteling efforts.
- Lead the development of internal and external DEIB communications.
- Support the growth and efficiency of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
- Develop and supervise DEIB-related key performance indicators.
- Strengthen inclusive-leadership capabilities of managers and executives.
- Develop and deliver training programs on multicultural awareness and inclusive communication.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience abroad and/or work across countries
- 5+ years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion roles
- Retail experience
- Proven experience in developing and implementing DEI strategies
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

Minimum 5 years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion roles, with a focus on retail environments and multicultural clienteling.
Bachelor's degree
The hiring range for this position is $129k-$160k. The rate of pay offered will depend on candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
