- Fulfill client orders with precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the Client Care Centre and Flagship store on a daily basis.
- Partner with the local Distribution Center 3PL as required.
- Ensure the delivery of an uncompromising luxurious experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide cross-functional support within the distribution team, including client services and operations.
- 2-3 years of experience in retail, client service, or distribution roles.
- Proven ability to meet targets and KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Innovative thinking and ability to think outside the box.
- Passion for client service and sales.
A minimum of 3 years in relevant roles is required.
