- Collaborate with the Client Care Centre and Flagship store
- Partner with the local Distribution Center 3PL when needed
- Deliver a luxurious experience while maintaining efficiency
- Support other functions within the distribution team, such as client services and operations
- Passion for client service and sales
- 2-3 years of experience in retail, client service, or distribution roles
- Experience working towards targets and KPIs
- Problem-solving ability
- Innovative thinking
