2. Enhance sales, client experience, and productivity through strategic partnerships with Store Directors.
3. Design tailored strategies to optimize performance and elevate the client experience.
4. Lead in-store activities to achieve client service results with support from regional and corporate teams.
5. Drive regional communication and process efficiency.
6. Lead regional projects and execute business initiatives, including store incentives.
