- Collaborate with the Market Vice President to establish and drive store performance goals.
- Enhance sales, client experience, and productivity through strategic partnerships with Store Directors.
- Design tailored strategies to optimize performance and elevate the client experience.
- Lead in-store activities to achieve client service results with support from regional and corporate teams.
- Drive regional communication and process efficiency.
- Lead regional projects and execute business initiatives, including store incentives.
- Demonstrates agility and adaptability in a changing market.
- Proactive in opportunity capture and problem-solving.
