- Oversee all phases of the media planning process, including strategy development, briefing, activation, optimization, and performance reporting.
- Develop and recommend media strategies rooted in consumer insights and trends, with a strong understanding of both traditional and digital media landscapes.
- Guide performance media models, balancing brand image with performance goals, particularly in social, programmatic, and digital partnerships.
- Stay informed on industry news, digital trends, platforms, and experiences to drive innovation and business performance.
- Develop, manage, and innovate media guidelines annually to reflect the evolving media landscape in the Americas region.
- Maintain strong relationships with media vendors, ensuring trust and accountability.
- Manage agency teams, negotiate agency scopes, and champion optimal outputs from partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Tiffany & Co. and LVMH, both regionally and at headquarters.
- Lead and nurture a high-performing team of media specialists.
- Demonstrate strong collaboration and leadership skills, adapting to various audiences and work styles.
- Interact comfortably with senior leaders regularly.
- Manage large budgets with strict financial stewardship and attention to detail.
- 10-12 years of media experience, preferably with both agency and in-house backgrounds.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, communications, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of digital, social, and emerging technologies.
- Experience managing media budgets and agencies.
- Ability to set and adjust priorities independently.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.

The hiring range for this position is $180,000 - $200,000, with eligibility for bonuses based on performance.
