1. Oversee the management, monitoring, and calculation of all U.S. international tax calculations for reporting and compliance, including FDII, GILTI, Subpart F, FTC, §163j, BEAT, §986, and §987.
2. Collaborate with third-party providers on the preparation and review of U.S. tax forms 8990, 8991, 8992, 8993, 8865, 5471s, and 5472s.
3. Work closely with global tax and business teams to implement tax-efficient business structures in the U.S. and internationally.
4. Monitor legislative changes and model their impact on the effective tax rate and cash tax expenditures.
5. Communicate significant tax matters to Finance Leadership and Senior Leadership.
6. Advise business groups on international tax matters and maintain an in-depth understanding of relevant business facts.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
2. 10+ years of progressive experience in the corporate tax field
3. Strong U.S. International compliance and provision experience
4. Ability to collaborate with outside advisors to minimize risk and provide tax guidance
5. Strong research and analytical skills

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for modeling complex tax scenarios
2. Excellent research, analytical, writing, and communication skills
3. Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail

Minimum of 10 years in the corporate tax field with a focus on U.S. international compliance and provision experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
