- Manage, monitor, and calculate all US international tax calculations for reporting and compliance, including FDII, GILTI, Subpart F, FTC, §163j, BEAT, §986, and §987.
- Partner with third-party providers on the preparation and review of related US tax forms 8990, 8991, 8992, 8993, 8865, 5471s, and 5472s.
- Collaborate with global tax and business teams to implement tax-efficient business structures in the US and abroad.
- Monitor proposed and enacted legislative changes, modeling their impact on the effective tax rate and cash tax expenditures.
- Draft timely and effective communication of significant tax matters to management, including Finance Leadership and Senior Leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 10+ years of progressive experience in the corporate tax field
- Strong US International compliance and provision experience in a multinational environment
- Collaboration with outside advisors to minimize risk and provide tax guidance
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to model complex tax scenarios with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent research, analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in the corporate tax field, with strong US International compliance and provision experience.
