Director of Global Learning & Development

1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of learning and development programs.
2. Conduct organizational diagnosis and instructional design.
3. Facilitate and deliver development solutions to leaders and the broader business.
4. Gather data to determine training needs and evaluate current programs.
5. Develop and execute a global leadership curriculum.
6. Innovate and create new leadership development programs.
7. Lead a team of instructional designers and facilitators.
8. Collaborate with regional trainers and HR Generalists.
9. Manage program implementation, including vendor management and content development.
10. Establish metrics to measure program impacts and outcomes.

1. Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in designing and delivering leadership programs.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a team in leadership program delivery.
3. Expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design.
4. Experience in integrating leadership development into talent management frameworks.
5. Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
6. Ability to influence and educate leaders on leadership development.
7. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership and management program design and delivery.

Master’s degree in OD/IO psychology preferred.

The hiring range for this position is $165,000 - $230,000, with eligibility for a bonus.

Management is eligible for a bonus.

The role is based in the United States, with a focus on global collaboration and innovation within the luxury fashion industry.
