- Lead the design, development, and implementation of global learning and development offerings, focusing on leadership and high-potential development programs.
- Conduct organizational diagnosis and instructional design to deliver development solutions to leaders and the broader business.
- Collaborate with the Global HR Training network and HR Generalists to customize programs regionally.
- Gather data to assess training needs and audit existing offerings.
- Develop and deliver an annual leadership curriculum in partnership with regional trainers.
- Evaluate and update current programs, ensuring modular deployment and engagement strategies.
- Innovate and create new leadership development programs, including high-potential global training initiatives.
- Lead a team of instructional designers and facilitators to execute the global strategic plan.
- Partner with regional and functional heads to localize leadership development plans.
- Manage program implementation, including vendor management and communication strategy.
- Establish metrics to measure program impacts and prioritize annual planning.
- Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in designing and delivering leadership and management programs.
- At least 5 years’ experience managing a team in leadership and management program delivery.
- Expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design.
- Experience in integrating leadership development into a talent management framework.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Proven ability to leverage resources and networks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Strategic thinking and leadership presence.
- Expertise in instructional design and facilitation.
- Ability to influence and engage a diverse global workforce.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in developing innovative learning experiences.
- Ability to manage large-scale program implementation.
Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership and management program design and delivery, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $165,000 - $230,000, with eligibility for bonuses.
