1. Provide financial leadership and strategic partnership across Corporate Functions, focusing on IT and Marketing.
2. Lead the annual budget cycle and strategic planning process, including capital expenditures.
3. Drive rigorous forecasting and performance management to optimize resource allocation.
4. Deliver insights that shape investment decisions.
5. Act as a trusted financial advisor to IT, Marketing, and other corporate leaders.
6. Develop and deliver ad hoc financial analyses and executive-level insights.
7. Lead the annual Budget process and its subsequent revisions, including capital expenditure.
8. Prepare and present financial planning materials for senior leadership.
9. Conduct monthly performance reviews, identify risks and opportunities, and drive action plans.
10. Own the tracking and analysis of Marketing spend by geography and spend type.
11. Enhance reporting processes to improve accuracy, transparency, and timeliness.
12. Work closely with IT leaders in forecasting budgets and identifying risks and opportunities.
13. Lead and strategically manage corporate cost governance across various business units.
14. Ensure strong financial processes that support Corporate Function, IT, and Marketing.
15. Lead and develop the Corporate Function, IT, and Marketing finance teams.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
2. 12+ years of progressive finance experience with significant FP&A exposure.
3. Strong strategic and analytical skills.
4. Impeccable presentation skills.
5. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex priorities.
7. People leadership experience, including coaching and team development.
8. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, Hyperion Planning, Power BI, and Anaplan.

Minimum 12 years of progressive finance experience, with significant FP&A and business partnering exposure.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. MBA/CPA preferred.

$165,000- $230,000. Management is also eligible for bonus.
