- Develop and implement human capital strategies aligned with business objectives and the broader Americas Global Talent strategy.
- Monitor and utilize internal and external trends with key metrics to identify solutions through the lens of talent and employee experience.
- Lead workforce planning and organizational design efforts, ensuring alignment with business strategy and talent needs.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and business leaders on strategic program delivery, including compensation reviews and talent acquisition.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring integration within day-to-day practices and developing leadership competency in D&I.
- Partner with Employee Relations on escalated matters and provide coaching to business leaders.
- Streamline communication from leadership to store level to enhance adoption of new initiatives and policies.
- Inspire a culture of celebration, appreciation, and recognition to motivate and drive performance.
- Minimum 8+ years of diverse HR experience in talent strategy and program delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
