1. Develop and implement human capital strategies aligned with business objectives and the broader Americas Global Talent strategy.
2. Monitor and utilize internal and external trends with key metrics to identify solutions through the lens of talent and employee experience.
3. Lead workforce planning and organizational design efforts, ensuring alignment with business strategy and talent needs.
4. Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and business leaders on strategic program delivery, including compensation reviews and talent acquisition.
5. Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring integration within day-to-day practices and developing leadership competency in D&I.
6. Partner with Employee Relations on escalated matters and provide coaching to business leaders.
7. Streamline communication from leadership to store level to enhance adoption of new initiatives and policies.
8. Inspire a culture of celebration, appreciation, and recognition to motivate and drive performance.

1. Minimum 8+ years of diverse HR experience in talent strategy and program delivery.
2. Bachelor’s degree required.
3. Strong consultative mindset and project management skills.
4. Proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
6. Outstanding business acumen and analytical skills.
7. Organized, meticulous, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
