Tiffany & Co. Diamond Supply Lead

- Oversee the daily supply of serialized and melee diamonds, ensuring timely delivery in accordance with service level agreements.
- Conduct demand versus resource comparisons weekly and monthly, communicating challenges to management.
- Utilize JD Edwards for inventory adjustment transactions, ensuring compliance with Chain of Diamond Custody guidelines.
- Perform work order maintenance to address supply issues, coordinating with business partners to resolve transaction errors.
- Update and distribute department guidelines to reflect business changes.
- Run reports to evaluate diamond supply progress and communicate constraints to management and partners.
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley reporting, CODC, and audit requirements.
- Assess risks in inventory management and identify opportunities for increased controls.
- Coordinate diamond supply training initiatives and support SOP documentation.
- Monitor and execute cycle counts, reporting discrepancies to management.
- Partner with management to foster a culture of continuous improvement and perform root cause analysis.
- Adhere to health, safety, and corporate policies, leading safety process checks and improvement projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4-5 years of experience in Operations
- Experience in leading a team towards common goals
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking and presenting to management and peers
- Problem-solving skills and ability to identify improvement opportunities
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Office
- Strategic coordination and execution
- Effective communication and presentation
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with JDE Software
- Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean concepts
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant operational role, with prior leadership experience preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree
The hiring range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
