Tiffany & Co. Cross-Functional Service Center Specialist

1. Process and update service orders to meet delivery standards, including order logging, prioritization, and communication.
2. Manage parts inventory, perform cycle counts, and order parts from the US Tiffany Service Center.
3. Contribute to the completion of technical processes such as machine engraving, embossing, watch battery replacement, and bead stringing.
4. Act as a liaison for internal clients, addressing service inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
5. Assist management with projects and ensure quality checks on completed orders.

1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. 2 years of experience in an administrative or technical environment
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel

1. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
2. Strong attention to detail
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Familiarity with inventory management practices

Minimum of 2 years in an administrative business or technical environment.

High School diploma or equivalent. An undergraduate degree is preferred.
