1. Support the CRM & Data team in planning, managing, and monitoring newsletter campaigns across EMEA markets.
2. Coordinate campaign plans with ECOM and Marketing teams, ensuring compliance with best practices.
3. Validate campaign elements such as subject lines, SKUs, and images for various markets.
4. Execute ad-hoc campaigns, including constructing briefs and configuring campaigns in SFMC.
5. Analyze campaign performance and propose improvements.
6. Implement benchmarks of luxury industry campaigns.
7. Develop client reports and conduct ad-hoc analyses.
8. Support Retail Learning by organizing training sessions and creating content.

1. Fluent English: mandatory
2. Degree in marketing, communication, or a related field, master 2 level
3. Previous experience in managing newsletter campaigns
4. Knowledge of data protection regulations (GDPR)

1. Proficiency in SFMC
2. Proficiency in PowerPoint
3. Basic knowledge of HTML
4. Knowledge of email marketing best practices
5. Data analysis and reporting skills
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Beginner level experience in managing newsletter campaigns and data analysis.

Degree in marketing, communication, or a related field, master 2 level
