Join Tiffany & Co. in New York City as a Creative Visual Merchandising Coordinator. This role involves strategic implementation and execution of visual merchandising strategies at The Landmark. Ideal for candidates with 3 years of experience in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CVM Manager and Director to implement and execute regional product strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain styling guidelines and merchandising strategy at The Landmark daily.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of product initiatives within creative fixtures.
- Train and inspire Commercial and Operational teams, participating in floor walks to provide insights balancing CVM standards and business needs.
- Plan and implement creative CVM campaigns, ensuring impactful presentation of merchandise.
- Manage ordering, logistics, and installation of creative campaigns.
- Support high-profile events, product launches, and branding initiatives.
- Install and maintain holiday displays and décor.
- Maximize CVM and Merchandising opportunities independently.
- Regularly update CVM Manager and Director on business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in merchandising, visual display, or styling.
- Previous luxury retail experience preferred.
- Portfolio submission required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Reside within a commutable distance to The Landmark.

A minimum of 3 years in merchandising, visual display, or related fields is required.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in merchandising, visual display, styling, or related areas.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $25.16 - $34.04 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
