Tiffany & Co. Coordinator, CVM Group Budgets and Data

- Conduct regular meetings with budget owners to provide updated financial reporting and discuss budget performance.
- Collaborate with budget owners to plan finances for upcoming initiatives.
- Monitor travel and entertainment, freelance budgets, and new hire forecasts.
- Review monthly reconciliations and reclass requests to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and send monthly data and variance analyses to Financial Planning.
- Become an expert in Coupa to facilitate purchase orders, invoices, and vendor onboarding.
- Communicate with vendors to ensure timely invoice payments.
- Partner across the CVM group to identify opportunities to collect, centralize, organize, and analyze data sets.
- Develop processes to ensure data sets are up-to-date and accurate.
- Identify and implement data visualization tools to effectively communicate insights and trends.
- Leverage Excel, Power BI, and other tools to connect and automate reporting processes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes within the CVM Budgets team and across the broader CVM Group.
- Experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency in Power BI and ability to connect systems and data into Excel
- Strong communication skills with both creative and financial stakeholders

Beginner level experience in finance, accounting, business, or related fields.
The hiring range for this position is $30.60-$41.40 per hour, dependent upon relevant skills and experience.
