Tiffany & Co. Coordinator, CVM Group Budgets and Data

1. Conduct regular meetings with budget owners to provide updated financial reporting and discuss budget performance.
2. Collaborate with budget owners to plan finances for upcoming initiatives.
3. Monitor travel and entertainment, freelance budgets, and new hire forecasts.
4. Review monthly reconciliations and reclass requests to ensure accuracy.
5. Prepare and send monthly data and variance analyses to Financial Planning.
6. Become an expert in Coupa to facilitate purchase orders, invoices, and vendor onboarding.
7. Communicate with vendors to ensure timely invoice payments.
8. Partner across the CVM group to identify opportunities to collect, centralize, organize, and analyze data sets.
9. Develop processes to ensure data sets are up-to-date and accurate.
10. Identify and implement data visualization tools to effectively communicate insights and trends.
11. Leverage Excel, Power BI, and other tools to connect and automate reporting processes.
12. Identify opportunities to streamline processes within the CVM Budgets team and across the broader CVM Group.

1. Experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
2. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
3. Proficiency in Power BI and ability to connect systems and data into Excel
4. Strong communication skills with both creative and financial stakeholders

Beginner level experience in finance, accounting, business, or related fields.

The hiring range for this position is $30.60-$41.40 per hour, dependent upon relevant skills and experience.
