- Provide luxury services directly to clients, including VIC clients and EXCO team members, by collaborating with functional teams to deliver bespoke experiences.
- Share Tiffany & Co. history, product information, and service offerings with clients.
- Offer information about the NYC area and arrange special activities, entertainment, events, dining, and transportation for guests.
- Research and identify new businesses in NYC for client partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with top hospitality organizations, hotels, and restaurants in NYC to ensure priority access for clients.
- Develop and manage high net worth client experiences at the Landmark.
- Manage the schedule of multiple private spaces within the Landmark.
- Conduct direct client discovery for personalized service.
- Engage in networking activities to ensure vendor and restaurant standards align with the brand.
- Act as a liaison between sales managers, client advisors, and other departments to fulfill client needs.
- Partner with Client Experience Manager/Director to set and maintain hosting standards.
- Support the Client Experience Department as needed.
- Lead internal tours of the Landmark.
- Support hospitality and selling events for VIC clientele.
- 10+ years of luxury hospitality experience
- Proficiency in multiple languages preferred
- Strong relationships with luxury hotels and restaurants globally
- Experience working with VIC clients
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven networking experience in New York City
- Event and catering management expertise
- Coordination of travel and car arrangements
- Creation of detailed itineraries
- Ability to craft memorable bespoke experiences

A minimum of 10 years in luxury hospitality, with a preference for multilingual candidates and those with strong global relationships in the luxury sector.
The hiring range for this position is $30.60 - $41.40 per hour, depending on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
