1. Facilitate and develop programs, strategies, and service support related to events.
2. Assist the Director of Client Development with scheduling, expense reports, and special projects.
3. Manage and distribute the Southwest Events calendar.
4. Support client gifting initiatives.
5. Collaborate with outside vendors and research new vendors, ideas, and industry trends.
6. Oversee billing for client activations and manage event budgets to track spending efficiently.
7. Contribute to major event recaps, calendars, and timelines.
8. Engage in cross-functional partnerships to ensure smooth logistics from planning to on-site execution.
9. Support local North America retail teams by communicating global directives and providing guidance on event plans, budgets, and branding.
10. Compile and prepare strategy decks.
11. Provide creative and logistical support for store events.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
2. Detail-oriented and organized with excellent interpersonal skills.

The hiring range for this position is $30.43/hour to $41.17/hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
