1. Lead the vision and execution of a dynamic client development and retention strategy.
2. Co-develop and drive an annual Client Engagement Calendar.
3. Use CRM data and local knowledge to build segmented engagement journeys.
4. Translate strategy into action through bespoke activations and curated gifting programs.
5. Partner with the sales team to champion the Prospect Plan.
6. Track and support client conversion journeys.
7. Network with concierge teams, hotel partners, corporate clients, and private clubs.
8. Lead weekly Clienteling Huddles to spark new ideas and review KPIs.
9. Train and mentor the team on advanced CRM usage and personalized selling techniques.
10. Extract and interpret client data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities.
11. Act as a Tiffany Cultural Attaché, enriching clients' connection to the brand.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail or hospitality, preferably in a high-traffic flagship environment.
2. Strong analytical instincts and strategic thinking abilities.
3. Refined understanding of GCC, expatriate, and global HNWI profiles.
4. Fluency in CRM platforms, with expertise in segmentation and predictive personalization.
5. Excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
