- Lead the vision and execution of a dynamic client development and retention strategy.
- Co-develop and drive an annual Client Engagement Calendar.
- Use CRM data and local knowledge to build segmented engagement journeys.
- Translate strategy into action through bespoke activations and curated gifting programs.
- Partner with the sales team to champion the Prospect Plan.
- Track and support client conversion journeys.
- Network with concierge teams, hotel partners, corporate clients, and private clubs.
- Lead weekly Clienteling Huddles to spark new ideas and review KPIs.
- Train and mentor the team on advanced CRM usage and personalized selling techniques.
- Extract and interpret client data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities.
- Act as a Tiffany Cultural Attaché, enriching clients' connection to the brand.
- Proven experience in luxury retail or hospitality, preferably in a high-traffic flagship environment.
- Strong analytical instincts and strategic thinking abilities.
- Refined understanding of GCC, expatriate, and global HNWI profiles.
- Fluency in CRM platforms, with expertise in segmentation and predictive personalization.
