- Develop and lead strategies to enhance High Jewelry (HJ) business through the Diamond Experts team.
- Execute client relations strategies for the Client Contact Center, focusing on acquisition, engagement, and retention of luxury clientele.
- Support in-person appointments and High Jewelry events, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
- Inspire and guide the Contact Center’s client advisors to expand their business through strategic networking.
- Capture and analyze client data to create curated client experiences and build influential relationships.
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of client development strategies with a focus on clients, people, and brand desirability.
- Manage clienteling budget and advise on budget planning for top client development events.
- Optimize virtual tools to create unique client experiences and drive sales.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant client-related experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to travel to client appointments and High Jewelry events.
- Consistent impeccable self-presentation for in-person client hosting.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
- Strategic thinking and hands-on execution capabilities.

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant client-related experience.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is preferred.
