Responsibilities
- Create and lead strategies for Diamond Experts to grow High Jewelry business.
- Develop and execute client relations strategies for the Client Contact Center.
- Partner with team leaders to enhance selling skills and inspire expertise in Client Advisors.
- Support High Jewelry events and in-person appointments.
- Develop and evolve client contact strategies with a focus on personalized outreach.
- Champion high-quality data capture and data privacy.
- Manage clienteling budget and advise on budget planning for top client development events.
- Innovate to deliver stronger results and manage the virtual studio.
- Deepen client relationships to achieve sales plans and drive loyalty.
- Drive client development activities virtually to cultivate new and existing clients.
- Demonstrate sales leadership through private selling and managing client relationships.
- Optimize virtual tools to create unique experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
- Ability to travel to client appointments and High Jewelry events.
- Proven track record in sales generation and managing sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Impeccable self-presentation for in-person client hosting.
- Ability to translate luxury experience into strategic plans.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
Education Requirements
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is preferred.
