1. Champion and implement the Client Development Roadmap across regional stores.
2. Establish a culture prioritizing client engagement and long-term relationship building.
3. Utilize regional data to develop client strategies that align with North America brand objectives.
4. Collaborate with store leadership to create and execute client development action plans.
5. Provide continuous support through regular store visits and communication.
6. Conduct follow-up meetings to assess and enhance clienteling practices.
7. Identify opportunities for improvement in clienteling and performance.
8. Collaborate with headquarters on new Client Development initiatives.
9. Support teams in the effective use of clienteling tools.
10. Share insights and best practices with the North American Retail Excellence team.

1. Over 5 years of experience in luxury retail, client development, or hospitality.
2. Proven track record in sales and clienteling within an omnichannel luxury environment.
3. Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
4. Deep understanding of regional client behaviors and market dynamics.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
7. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
8. Preferred: A college or university degree.

The hiring range for this position is $111,300 - $150,000, dependent on skills and experience.
