- Champion and implement the Client Development Roadmap across regional stores.
- Cultivate a client-centric culture within store teams to enhance client relationships.
- Utilize regional data to develop localized client strategies that align with North America brand objectives.
- Collaborate with store leadership to create and execute client development action plans.
- Provide continuous support and coaching to store leaders through regular visits and communications.
- Conduct follow-up meetings to assess clienteling results and ensure adherence to strategies.
- Identify opportunities for immediate impact in clienteling and performance.
- Collaborate with headquarters on new Client Development initiatives and tools.
- Support teams in the effective use of clienteling tools and the adoption of new technologies.
- Share regional insights and best practices with the North American Retail Excellence team.
- Analyze data to identify business opportunities and guide store leadership in implementing action plans.
- Monitor clienteling activities and celebrate best practices.
- Work closely with local partners to enhance retail actions and tools.
- 5+ years in luxury retail, client development, hospitality, or client experience leadership.
- Proven track record in an omnichannel luxury environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven insights.
- Deep understanding of regional client behaviors and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Inspiring leadership qualities with the ability to empower teams.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Preferred: A college/university degree.
