- Achieve store operational excellence KPIs and support team compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures.
- Manage the entire process of repairs in-store, including welcoming clients, analyzing their needs, and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service department and Sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Implement effective operations, stock management, and transfer movements, including cycle counts and inventories.
- Support various payment processes and security measures, including omnichannel and cash services.

- Propose effective improvements to Store Leadership and support the rollout and adoption of new operational tools and systems.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on luxury etiquette.
- Strong operational and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and propose solutions.
- Proficiency in stock management and inventory processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
