- Cultivate and maintain client relationships by embodying LVMH values to deliver the quintessential Tiffany Experience, thereby fostering brand loyalty.
- Efficiently and professionally address client inquiries and issues, ensuring the highest level of service and meeting productivity benchmarks.
- Utilize Salesforce Case Management to review client profiles and ensure prompt and equitable resolutions.
- Collaborate with various departments within the Tiffany Service Center to gather necessary information for resolving service-related inquiries.
- Perform administrative duties and special projects as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of business experience with a strong operational background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to adapt to shifting tasks based on business needs
- Capacity to collaborate and build strong business relationships
- Detail-oriented with the ability to communicate effectively across management levels
- Flexible work schedule with availability for overtime, including weekends

The hiring range for this position is $21 - $28 per hour, depending on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
