- Deliver the Tiffany & Co. experience to clients across various channels including phone, messaging, live chat, email, and virtual or in-store consultations.
- Exceed monthly sales plans and service level targets, consistently surpassing client expectations.
- Manage diverse client needs across multiple channels, including Retail, eCommerce, and Customer Service, handling new sales, after-sales support, product care, and general inquiries.
- Develop cross-functional relationships in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with Client Care Advisors, Distribution Center team, eCommerce team, and store Client Advisors.
- Foster brand loyalty through high-quality communication, as measured by customer feedback.
- Proactively recruit new clients by understanding their profiles and identifying potential business opportunities.
- Expand client Book by engaging local clients to enhance relationships and drive repurchases and high-end collections.
- Sales and service-centric experience in retail, hospitality, call center, or multimodal environments.
- Methodical and efficient with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proactive with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field.
