- Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for clients.
- Support the store team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Tiffany & Co.'s product offerings and heritage.
- Assist in the visual merchandising and upkeep of the store environment.
- Engage with clients to build long-term relationships and promote brand loyalty.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
- Keen attention to detail and a passion for luxury goods.
