- Embody the Tiffany brand in all client interactions, ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the passion and values of Tiffany & Co.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed sales targets and foster a culture of clienteling.
- Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals through repeat business and client outreach.
- Capture and manage client data to cultivate new and existing relationships.
- Enhance in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments and utilizing client feedback.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or a relevant client-related field.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems and client tracking systems.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to innovate in client interactions.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or a relevant client-related field is required.
A college/university degree is desired.
