- Develop and maintain client relationships, exceeding commercial targets through clienteling and outreach.

- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data to deepen relationships and drive repeat business.
- Innovate to grow business through elevated client experiences.
- Deliver memorable in-store experiences, optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
- Demonstrate Tiffany brand ambassador behaviors during every selling ceremony.
- Leverage client feedback to enhance in-store experiences.
- Connect with clients' wardrobes to provide personalized styling.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building abilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is desirable.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.
A college/university degree is desirable.
