6. Capture and cultivate client data to deepen relationships and drive repeat business.

8. Deliver memorable in-store experiences, optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
9. Demonstrate Tiffany brand ambassador behaviors during every selling ceremony.
10. Leverage client feedback to enhance in-store experiences.
11. Connect with clients' wardrobes to provide personalized styling.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
2. Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to work with a diverse client base.
5. Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

5. Proficiency in multiple languages is desirable.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.

A college/university degree is desirable.
