- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships with high-value and prospective clients.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, outreach and follow-up.
- Maintain and update client records and sales activity in the CRM; manage appointments and bespoke service requests.
- Present and merchandise product assortments to brand standards; ensure floor readiness and visual merchandising compliance.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and guidance on jewellery, diamonds and collections; support clients through the purchase and after-sales process.
- Participate in in-store events, private viewings and client development initiatives; collaborate with the store team to maximise conversion.
- Ensure adherence to brand policies, loss-prevention procedures and cash-handling/POS protocols.
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience in luxury retail or high-end jewellery/watch sales.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing repeat clientele.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to handle confidential client relationships.
- Strong presentation skills and meticulous attention to visual and service standards.
- Legal authorization to work in Brazil; flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and evenings.

- Bilingual communication (Portuguese and English desirable)
Minimum three years of direct experience in luxury retail, preferably within jewellery or watch boutiques, with documented success in client development and sales performance.
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in business, luxury management, retail, or a related discipline preferred.
