- Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
- Serve as an excellent communicator and brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed commercial targets.
- Foster a clienteling culture and encourage an entrepreneurial spirit to grow outreach business.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data to build new and existing relationships.
- Deliver significant sales through repeat client business and innovative client experiences.
- Elevate in-store experiences by consistently delivering memorable moments.
- Demonstrate passion as a brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.
- Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
A college/university degree is desired.
