1. Cultivate and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and increase client spend.
2. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
3. Capture and manage client data to enhance client relationships.
4. Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
5. Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client.
6. Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador, demonstrating passion and personal flair during every client interaction.
7. Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.

1. Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to work with a diverse client base.
5. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

3. Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach.
4. Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

A college/university degree is preferred. A Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
