1. Cultivate and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and increase client spend.
2. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
3. Capture and manage client data to enhance relationship management.
4. Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, ensuring memorable moments for every client.
5. Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador, demonstrating passion and expertise in every client interaction.
6. Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
5. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

1. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong sales acumen and client relationship management.
3. Ability to deliver personalized client experiences.
4. Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
5. Knowledge of gemology or previous coursework from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

A college or university degree is preferred.

The hiring range for this position is $19.98 – $27.03 per hour, dependent on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
