- Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, using personal flair to enhance the client experience.
- Develop and cultivate client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and increase sales.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and manage client data to foster repeat business.
- Enhance the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and optimizing hospitality.
- Execute best practices in line with Tiffany's client experience vision and TEI program.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to deliver exceptional client service.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a similar client-facing role.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous GIA coursework is advantageous.
The hiring range for this position is $19.98 – $27.03 per hour, dependent upon relevant skills and experience.
