- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales and loyalty.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and manage client data.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences using the Tiffany Touch.
- Execute best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong brand ambassador qualities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
Preferred: College/university degree. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $19.98 – $27.03 per hour, depending on relevant skills and experience.
