1. Develop and nurture client relationships to drive loyalty and increase sales.
2. Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
3. Capture and manage client data to enhance customer relationships.
4. Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, ensuring memorable client interactions.
5. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the Tiffany touch in every client interaction.
6. Utilize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
7. Implement best practices based on client feedback and performance metrics.

1. Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
5. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong sales acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
3. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
5. Knowledge of gemology or previous coursework from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

A college or university degree is preferred.
