1. Develop and maintain client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spend.
2. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
3. Capture and manage client data effectively.
4. Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, ensuring memorable client interactions.
5. Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating passion and knowledge of Tiffany & Co. products.
6. Implement best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
7. Respond to client feedback and improve service based on TEI performance metrics.

1. Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to work with a diverse client base.
5. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

2. Strong sales acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
3. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
5. Knowledge of gemology is an advantage.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within retail or luxury retail environments.

A college or university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
