- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and increase client spend.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and manage client data to enhance sales and service strategies.
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships to boost repeat business.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, ensuring memorable moments for every client.
- Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador, demonstrating passion and expertise during all client interactions.
- Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and additional languages preferred.
- Ability to deliver exceptional client experiences consistently.
Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous GIA coursework is advantageous.
