1. Develop and maintain client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and increase client spend.
2. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
3. Capture and manage client data to enhance sales and service strategies.
4. Cultivate new and existing client relationships to boost repeat business.
5. Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, ensuring memorable moments for every client.
6. Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador, demonstrating passion and expertise during all client interactions.
7. Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.

1. Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
5. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong sales acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
3. Proficiency in Mandarin and additional languages preferred.
4. Ability to deliver exceptional client experiences consistently.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous GIA coursework is advantageous.
