- Optimize store hospitality and amenities to create unique experiences and act on TEI performance and client feedback.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in retail, preferably luxury, or relevant client-related experience.
- Proven track record of achieving business results.
- Ability to connect with clients.
- Flexibility in working hours.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency in POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in retail, preferably luxury, or relevant client-related experience.
University degree preferred; degree in Gemology is a plus.
