- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results and cultivating diverse client relationships.
- Experienced in sales and clienteling in an omnichannel luxury environment.
- Proficient in deploying sales strategies and clienteling initiatives.
- Passion for luxury retail.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong sales acumen and client relationship management.
- Ability to adapt and implement feedback.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
- Knowledge of gemology is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
A college or university degree is preferred. A Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America coursework is advantageous.
