- Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, utilizing personal flair to enhance client experiences.
- Communicate effectively as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed sales targets and foster client loyalty.
- Encourage a clienteling culture and reinforce client development to expand business outreach.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data to strengthen relationships and drive repeat business.
- Identify innovative methods to enhance client experiences and grow business.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, creating memorable moments for clients.
- Utilize client feedback to elevate in-store experiences and optimize hospitality.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building abilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is desirable.
Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
A college/university degree is desirable.
