1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail, luxury retail, or a relevant client-focused role.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
4. Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
5. Proficiency in client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
6. Fluency in Turkish and English; a third language is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a client-related field such as hospitality.

A college/university degree is preferred. A Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
