- Act as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed sales targets.
- Foster a clienteling culture and encourage entrepreneurial spirit to grow outreach business.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships.
- Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
- Identify innovative ways to grow business through elevated client experiences.
- Drive business through key product pillars.
- Convert clients through curiosity and discovery.
- Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client.
- Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.
- Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
- Connect with clients' wardrobes to provide styling advice.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building abilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Spanish and other languages is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.
A college/university degree is desired.
