- 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, with a focus on meeting targets and KPIs.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, late nights, and holidays.
- Chinese language skills are advantageous.
- Strong passion for customer service and sales.
- Ability to build meaningful client relationships with a diverse clientele.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Minimum of 3 years in a customer service or sales role.
